Hi. It’s John Paul Fischbach, Chief Alchemist here at the Auspicious Arts Incubator for Hot Tip Tuesday for this week. This week’s theme is happiness, figuring out what makes you happy. Look, it is widely known that happy people are more productive. Pressure and stress reduce our productivity so what makes you happy? Really, take a second and think about that.

Two of the most common things that make us happy are our environment and our activities. Change your environment to make you happy. Look around you, what could you change in your environment, your studio, your workplace that would make you happy. Do flowers make you happy? Have them in your studio, have them in your desk. When you up from your work do you see pictures of loved ones? Do you see fun projects that you remember that make you happy? Move those pictures to when you look up that’s what you’ll see, change the environment.

The other common source of happiness is our activities. Change your daily schedule to include at least 10 minutes a day to do something that makes you happy. Book 10 minutes for your happiness walk. If that makes you happy do it. Pause this video and go outside for a walk. Figure out what truly brings you happiness and make sure that it is included in your day. Please dont wait until you’re unhappy. Maintain happy. Add it to your wellbeing program.

If this video is helpful please like the video. If you know someone who needs to put some happiness in their life please share this video. What I’d love for you to do is in the comments section below write what makes you happy. It’s a weird concept for us as artists when we work so hard so if you write what makes you happy it might trigger someone else to go oh, that would really make me happy and they’ll do it so help each other. Please write in the comment below what makes you happy because here at the Auspicious Arts Incubator we want you to more than survive. We want you to thrive. In order to thrive you should subscribe. Subscribe and we’ll see you next week for more Hot Tips.
