Hi. John Paul Fischbach again, CEO and Chief Alchemist here at the Auspicious Arts Incubator for another Hot Tip Tuesday. You’ve had great days and you can have them over and over once you’ve figured out what makes an awesome, ideal day for you. This week’s Hot Tip is to help you to clarify and imagine your ideal day. What would it be like and most importantly what would it feel like.
This exercise has three parts. It’s a writing exercise and I encourage you to do it right now. Part 1, start writing how it feels. Avoid what you’re doing and write about the feelings. At the end of that ideal day how are you feeling? What does it feel like to have that ideal day?
Part 2, using your powerful imagination right down some activities that you know produced those feelings. Sometimes it’s about creating something. Sometimes it’s about contributing and sometimes it’s about connecting with others.
The final step is to write about who you are on your ideal day. Are you weak and fearful or are you courageous and strong? Are you full of hatred and jealousy or are you someone who is open and excited for other people? What would you be like on your ideal day?
My question for you is this: could you create this? The answer is of course you can. Now the key, once you have gotten clarity and imagined your ideal day, the key is to make it happen and the first step is to own your morning. Check out Hot Tip Tuesday #66 Morning Practice and #72 Own Your Day because with this intention and clarity about what makes your ideal day you start to experience more and more of those days and your character starts to develop force and momentum and the universe sees what you’re about and starts to draw more opportunity to you. Let’s create an ideal day this week.
