The best brain hack to be positive

You can get out of the rut of negative thoughts and be positive if you learn how to rewire the thought pathways and create new positive pathways.

This week, I’m challenging you to start this year by being positive. I’m John Paul Fischbach. I’m the CEO and Chief Alchemist here at the Auspicious Arts Incubator. And this week it’s about what does it take to be positive, right? There’s gonna be plenty of time for challenges, and obstacles, and opportunities for growth. So let’s start by changing your subconscious wiring to the energy of positive. I mean, think about it. Wouldn’t it be great if the bulk of every day was spent in harmony, if you were happy, if you’re in a world of abundance, if the days were filled with peace and with love? Well, that can be the case, it’s about programming yourself conscious for the positive.

Now, the key to programming yourself for the positive is to become aware of your subconscious wiring. You’ve trained your brain to have certain thoughts. For better or for worse, this repetition of thoughts is what’s set in your mind. The pattern of these thoughts in your subconscious they’re there and your subconscious is what drives 95% of the results that you have. So if you want more positive results this year, then it’s time to change that subconscious wiring. So where are your thoughts? That’s where you have to start. Are your thoughts typically thinking about stress, or lack, or fear, or scarcity, or depression? Or are your thoughts mostly about love, and peace, and abundance, and happiness, and harmony? Well, if you’re going to change, you need to know where you are now, right? Your mind only does what it thinks you want it do.

So if you’re often caught in loops of negative thoughts, it’s just because that’s the pathway that your brain knows. The thoughts that run through your mind are just because that’s how it’s been wired. So if something happens and it puts you in a negative state, your job is to interrupt that pathway from reaching its inevitable conclusion. All you do is interrupt that normal pathway and choose something positive. Respond with love, or peace, or abundance, or happiness, or harmony. So the exercise I’m gonna give you is to break state, right? Do something that’s gonna break that state. Stand up, do jumping jacks, anything that’s gonna stop that pattern, that neurological pattern from completing.

So watch your thoughts this week. If they are in stress, lack, fear, scarcity, depression, break state, yep? Do something physical it’s gonna break that pattern so that it doesn’t go down that path any longer and choose thoughts of love, or peace, or abundance, or happiness, right then, right there. Teach your brain a new positive pathway.
